Walk in Bloomsbury November 2018

This is where our walk began led by guides from London Walks  -  outside Holborn (Kingsway ) Underground.
'The Atlantis Bookshop  has been going since 1922, when it was founded by Michael Houghton, a practising pagan, occultist and friend of the paranormally-inclined writers Aleister Crowley and WB Yeats' J Thomson
'It is said  that this pub is called Queen's Larder because Queen Charlotte, wife of the 'Mad King' George III, who was receiving treatment for his apparent insanity at a clinic in Queen Sq, stored special foods for him there.
