Editorial
This issue we are featuring one of the Photography Groups. You will see their photos throughout the magazine.
I hope you will find this issue interesting: I can guarantee that you will have at least two good laughs. Read the ‘Art Class’ and Eve’s ‘Quiet Game of Scrabble’ on page nine.
There was a good response to the Autumn theme and you can make up your own mind which view you support.
For the December issue, we would welcome accounts of Christmas-time.
We want your own or your friends’ Christmas disasters or mistakes,
reunions or memories. In a previous issue we read about one member whose mother caught herself on fire but we are not asking you to go that far!
One Christmas circa 1960 I gave my young stepbrother a penknife. His
response was a terrible wail ‘Not another penknife, I have three already’. So come on, especially some of you (you know who you are, Jenny) who haven’t written before, your Bulletin needs you. PS Old timers welcome too!
Send articles for Christmas issue to:
Or by hand to Shirley Jones, Mike Ward, Pam Laycock or myself.
