Iin the morning we stopped at Stratford Mall for coffee and waited for the guide, Tim Hudson. We then drove around the perimeter of the 500 acre site, and then had a short walk on the Greenway for views of the Olympic Stadium, Aquatics centre and the Olympic Park generally. We then drove through Docklands and saw the Excel exhibition centre where many Olympic events will be taking place.  After lunch in Canary Wharf, the afternoon was spent looking at the Olympic sites on the other side of the river in Greenwich. We went across the river using the Woolwich ferry. The tour finished in Greenwich with a walk onto Greenwich Park to see where some of the equestrian events will take place. Stopped to admire the Queen's House and the view of Canary Wharf .Just time for tea, then home.
